After all the details have been sorted and the day approaches we will take concerns off your hands. We will meet once before the final week for the location walk-through to finalize the details of your affair. Your vendors will be confirmed that week with coordinated timelines and set-up the details. We will direct the rehearsal for your wedding day. On the day of your wedding we will set up the wedding details, from programs, to favors and escort cards. You and your bridal party, family and vendors will be directed by our coordinating team through your memorable moments such as the wedding ceremony, your grand entrance and first dances are a few examples. You and your bridal party will get to revel without a concern during the spectacular event you created.

Month-of Planning : 2,500
During your last month of planning the smallest of details become apparent. If you’ve planned the major elements such as booking your location but need to create and keep all the finer details together, then this package is for you. Once your date is booked, you can call or email anytime. We help you create and pick your personal touch such as the linen selection to what your optimal seating arrangement may be. Any advice you need is where we help. During the final month we meet several times in order to coordinate all the details. No detail is unessential when we finalize your timeline and do your walk through. As we become the primary contact for all your vendors during the last month, timelines and production sheets will ensure everyone is on the same page before and during your big day. Your rehearsal will be coordinated by our team and on the day of the wedding we will oversee everything you can imagine. The day of we will set up your Escort cards to programs and favors, while also managing all your vendors. You and your bridal party, family and guests will be directed by our coordinating team through the memorable moments such as the wedding ceremony, your grand entrance and first dances. You and your bridal party will really get to enjoy the regal event you created.

Month of + Wedding Design : 3,500
Our Month of + Wedding Design package offers all the assistance available in the month of package, with extra attention to the style and design of your wedding. For all you budget brides looking to create a seriously beautiful and cohesive event, this is the package for you. The package will include a custom inspiration board with a list of recommendations for personalization, a design focused walkthrough to determine the layout, decor placement and lighting design, custom floral design ideas including styling with your florist and sourcing of vases, complete table set up design including sourcing of the perfect rentals, linens, menus, candles, table numbers etc., design of signature drinks and welcome beverages, cake design, sourcing of all paper products including invitations, programs, menus, escort cards, napkins, etc. With a total combined package savings is $425 the package is a budget friendly choice. The partial service package offers support to an out of town couple, or a bride who could use some extra help managing all the details. We’ll have eight meetings to plan, style, design and orchestrate your wedding. We’ll create a list of vendors we think you’d like based on your vision and budget, and will help you get their quotes and negotiate their contracts. We’ll create a custom budget spreadsheet, track your payments and give you advise about tipping. We will be in constant communication with you and your vendors throughout the planning process, discussing all the little details that will make your big day special.
